You know – this looks crazy as hell – but he has a point. Your mind doesn’t recognize what’s true and what is not. So if you act this way, you will actually get the benefits of laughing. It’s crazy, I know. But true. Yep, I know what you’re thinking. I prefer to laugh when there’s a reason for it. But then again, that would only mean that I am happy if there’s a reason for it. And a reason can always be taken from you. So he’s gotta point – but I admit, he is scary. LOL
