i heard of people taking it once a week, day 1 (chest+back) the first week day 2(triceps+biceps) the second day 3(legs+shoulders) the third week? therfore giving yourself that insane pump every time.. without your body getting used to it… but i dunno if its proper.. i dont know much bout these
the only thing i would disagree with is the multivitamin. you don’t need a high potency multivitamin like animal pak or any of the other “bodybuilding multivitamins”. i’ve never heard from any reliable, reputable source that people who lift weights need more vitamins and minerals. you’d be fine with centrum
well incase you didn’t know muscles are 70 percent water soooo no it will increase your overall performance. really that 70 percent isn’t there for nothing.

I wanted to buy some creatine to gain some more muscle and weight but my dad thinks it only will slow be down because it fill your muscle with water which is just water weight and bulk is this true??? or will it improve my performance

I agree 100% with you, bro. Nevertheless, I would add L-glutamine to the mix as well, since it help speed your recovery from a stregneous work out. Just my opinion and cold hard experience, my friend. Peace.
wow, whats good but doesnt have a ton of sugar liek that? i just got a sample pack of xpand and superpump250 yesterday, and tried the xtend but got mad sick from it… but big time results, after one use! gonna try the superpump in about a week after its outta my system

You should work out figuring out a good routine for yourself, getting smooth and consistent movements down, and finding good weights for your size. Multivitamins are good for you regardless if you work out or not. Whey protein cant hurt if you want to drink a shake after you work out, but I wouldn’t bother with any creatine type supplements until your really comfortable with working out and know your limits.
what does it mean by cycling? Take it for a month then dont for the other month?

dumbfuck supplements dont give you muscles you retard, you get muscles by working hard and eating right, supplements are their for holes in your diet, for instance if you dont get enough protein from regular food, i can already tell your one of those guys who will go to the gym 3 times and quite cuz you dont see results
